I saw these dudes open for Dream Theater a few years ago, and this dude pulls off every note live. I couldn't believe it. He hits all those high notes after shredding his vocal chords. It sounds impossible.

Saw them live once and this became my official first heavy snow of the year song. So anyway, I'm out here with my shovel this morning and...

i love how stu is able to go from arch enemy sounding in the verses, and then krall to halford to king diamond in the chorus. fucking unbelievable.

I have lived in Regina for 20 years and I cannot believe how many Regina people have never heard of this band. Into Eternity is so underrated and with Stu Block back in the band I must say they are one of the best metal bands out there. Long live metal the best genre of music!

Years ago I was walking home from something with my girlfriend during the winter in New York. It was SO cold so we definitely were trying to get back to our apartment as soon as we could. Just to let something out of my body i shouted TIIIIMLESSS WEEENTAAR we started laughing very hard. (She is not an avid metal listener). For years she had always mentioned this whenever it was cold out. It was only until recently that I showed her this song - she was VERY upset thinking that was this was just something I made up. Nonethess - whenever I'm cold as hell I think of this song. If you're reading this, hope you're doing well and staying positive.

the talent in this band is absolutly amazing

Stu has Godlike range, along with incredible versatility. Iced Earth fans are truly blessed to have him in the band.

i really love the passages between clean and death metal voices, bands like these, scar symmetry, mercenary, raintime and so on are just brilliant imo

Not many humans can perform the vocals that I’ve heard all their lead vocalists flow through....on top of that everybody in the group sings...love it! Red Deer miss’s ya!

Stu Block has to have the most diverse voice i have ever heard. full range of screams and growls, very good power metal like texture on the mid to high cleans and his super high notes sound exactly like Ripper. amazing!

We absolutely need the total resurgence of into eternity listening to new daath got me thinking about this band and this song precisely why i loved this band so fucking much 🤘

Stu is one of the most talented vocalist in the metal genre. An extremely unique and talented screamer with the ability switch between highs and lows at unmatched accuracy and speed. And a clean voice that can challenge that of ripper Owens or joacim cans. And he has nothing but the best backing him up with killer instrumentals.

Timeless Priceless. ❤❤❤

this is such a sick--yet simple--idea for a music video. i love it when they add elements of weather in a video, especially snow. i love the way they had it start to accumulate on the drumkit and everything

Into eternity= Perfect band

its rare to find bands that have both feeling and speed like these guys nowadays,some bands have one or the other,but they have both! im deff a true fan,favorited like almost every song by em.Glad that my friend introduced em to me.

that is one hell of a versatile vocalist.

Such a pity Iced Earth doesn't let Stu off the hook and let him unfurl this glorious range!

As much as I'd love to agree with you, most of Iced Earths sound can't be covered to begin with, so them being multi album hesitant isn't surprising... however the longer you wait the less likely you'll have quality.

No idea what Vorgoth means at all. What I meant was, if you compare Stu's work with Into Eternity and his work with Iced Earth, I think you'll find he is more diverse in his range and style with the former band. They gave him free reign to use his complete vocal talent. In Iced Earth he's more confined in vocal approach, not that it's ever bad, it's just not what I personally want to hear from him.

Reading your comment it's now completely clear. My apologies. I couldn't agree more by the way. This is incredible vocally. There's no reason Iced Earth couldn't benefit from him experimenting with a vocal style similar to this.

They're both at the level that there's no sense in comparing them. We don't need to start a circle jerk every time somebody gives their opinion on who, in their opinion, is the best.

Timeless Epic song. Saw them in Montreal in 2008, touring with Iced Earth. I got there my Incurable Tragedy cd signed and I managed to get it signed by them. I remember also having a super nice and long conversation after the show. What a Timeless experience

I have liked them since the first time I heard this album. Stu has awesome vocals. The whole album kicks ass!!

I lived in the same city as these guys while Into Eternity was still together and people would see Stu around all the time. Working at walmart was an experience when one of the most talented metal vocalists of all time wanders up to your till.
