I’m 55. And I’d like all the young, stressed out people to take a deep breath and stop worrying so much. I was just like you. What and I going to do with my life? What if I don’t meet someone? What if? ... what if... Now I realize all the worrying was a waste of time. Forget about what society and family expects of you. It’s YOUR life. Take some time and contemplate how you’d like to spend YOUR life. You only get one! It’s all about figuring out what you want your life to be. That’s the hardest part. But once you do, it’s much easier to focus on and achieve that goal. Also, enjoy your youth. You won’t feel this healthy and energetic forever. Ok, I’ll stop preaching now!

This puts me to my parallel reality of sitting on my porch on my 60 acre wooded cabin in the woods. Sipping ginger tea and moon full and bright. The woodland sounds all around.♥️

In the silence of the night, I put on my earphones and close my eyes listening to this. I prefer to be alone, listening to my inner self, rather than with other people out drinking. It keeps me at peace.

Oh, I pissed myself too.", it's hard not to think some ways are better than others. I'm prejudiced though, having quit drinking 25 years ago.

I was meditate in sunlight with this music. I have the vision that child myself, younger myself, older myself are all hugging each other and became a one unit. I receive message from future me. She was very strong, and send me a full of love for me. I was happy that future me never forget about younger me. I feel more confident. I also send my love and thanks to myself that became who i want for me (child myself and young myself) who are full if live, strong, cured.

Isn't it very interesting that the women have mostly been removed from music as society has chosen to listen to violent, disharmonic forms of music? Lullabies are always beautiful. It is fairly natural for a mother to sing to her baby. Fairly natural for women to desire to make music. What Abdu'l, Bahai says about music and the musician of beautiful music it true. I grew up in an area that was at one time part of George Washington's farm. Acres and acres of densely wooded areas with creeks and streams. The sounds of water and the birds singing brings back memories.

Invest in how you want your life to be and be the best version of yourself that you know how to be. With that attitude, you don't have to make efforts to be better and compare yourself with others. As a human being born on planet Earth, growing up in all the turmoil, changes and systems collapsing, with new systems not yet fully in place, you've got a unique gift to offer. Find it, but don't push it, just let it unfold and flower, naturally. Just like nature shows us how a seed sprouts, shows us the growing of a plant, a tree, shows us the flowers, the visits of the bees, and the presence of a seed, falling to the ground. You are walking in a mysterious pathway, dreaming of your truly desired dreams. The mysterious pathway leads you to a shiny, glistening waterfall. You find a wooden bowl on a piece of stone next to the waterfall and dip it into the silky, aqua blue water. You concentrate on the sound of the beautiful birds in the trees and the splashing waterfall making soft, bubbly clouds. You take a sip once the bowl is full and taste the sweetness, natural and pure water that has been blessed to you. You put the wooden bowl back and start walking on a dark pathway. After a while of walking, you see faded shine on the left of the pathway and start digging in the soft dirt. You realize that it is a Lapiz, Quartz and Geode cross. You lay down on the dirt, hold it close to your heart and close your eyes. You transport back to your bed and fall asleep, dreaming on where you will go next time.

Listening to this while I read "Beren and Lúthien" by J.R.R. Tolkien. This music is a perfect setting for the beginning of the book.

Every time I need and listen to healing music's, I feel better. Better and better. It is a pity that the situation we are living all, breaks a little the feelings I have at this time. It Took me almost 2 years to get rid of a life of suffering....this was around may. I have to say that I really have to stay strong to not go back down as I was before. And I don't want it. But I am proud. In have been able to reach this goal. And this was very important for me....tried to many times to go, to leave. I have the chance to be surrended by my pets. They helped me a lot too. I woukd love so much that all this mess stops right now. But I know it is not possible at this time. And I think of all these people that lost every thing, lost beloved one. its like being in a place so far and distant away from earth in a different planet that hasn't been discovered but always has been here for as long and as if your the only one on that place with flowing streams of enchanted water glowing brightly from the darkness in the midst across noises from mythical animals nor discovered that is as enchanted as this place you feel air breeze through you while you fell deep into a sleep that feels like your all alone in this place nor any human has been here you see glowing neon enchanted animals such as pegasus's fairie's and etc you see bright blue mushrooms that glow blue in the dark as bright as neon you suddenly feel a tingle something special...

I am so happy, thankful, and grateful for this beautiful music. What a blessing.

A very short story--One Choice I found myself in a dream. I was alone in a bright white room. There were two doors on the opposite walls beside me. One door was labeled "Exit", the other "Entrance". A voice in my head said, "There is only One Choice. The Choice is Eternal. There is no Time, take as long as you need to decide. Once the decision is made, it is done." Then a piece of paper appeared on the floor. A flowing foreign script formed the words, "No one wants to go to Hell. No one wants to leave Heaven." From this curiously confusing clue I made my decision. I chose "Exit". I opened the door, I walked through....and the dream went black and I awoke.

The most powerful feeling I receive while listening to these 432Hz. I use this with a vibration resonance speaker, fill a cup with water 💦 and let the cup rest on top while the music vibrates sending ripples through the water. It's a feeling of cleansing when I drink. Or, so I believe.

I love listening to this while writing, even more so when the scene is in the forest at night. Definitely sets the mood right and helps writing the magical aspect of the forest.
