Shradha Sharma is a renowned entrepreneur, the Founder and Chief Editor of YourStory.com, a media platform that has become a leading voice in India's startup ecosystem. Born and raised in Patna, Bihar, she shifted to New Delhi for higher studies. She did a Bachelor's and Master's degree in history from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
Out of sheer grit and driven by a very personal loss, she envisioned and built the path for herself in telling stories that matter and add values in people’s mind and lives. She has interviewed India’s highest dignitaries, that include the likes of Sir Ratan Tata and PM Narendra Modi.
Since then, YourStory has grown to become one of the most influential media platforms in India, with a reach of 10 million global audience, 120 million content views per month and 4.6 million social media followers. The platform covers stories of startups and entrepreneurs, highlighting their successes, challenges, and contributions to society.

Thank you Karishma for this one. Shraddha di is my childhood inspiration. We have grown in same colony and we have gone to the same school. She has been a star from her school days. She has that fire in her from the very beginning. She was and is excellent. I remember we cycled to school together; Sukirti Di, Shraddha Di, Samriddhi and myself. Aunty was very warm and kind to me always. She often said; " I am blessed with many daughters and you are one more". We practiced very middle class core values; like sharing books etc. I was inspired by her 9 to 5 comment. I am encouraged and churned to work more passionately and sincerely from this interview. I being a Health Care professional at the country's best health care institution still have that vacant spot in my heart where I want to go inwards and refuse to be affected by the surroundings. I resonate the same feeling as was discussed in the interview. Thank you both of you torch bearers for making my day....

Shraddha Di is my senior and has been inspirational from school days. She was a star in school. I have looked up to her since childhood as we were raised in the same colony and went to same school. We cycled to school together; Sukirti di, Shraddha di, Samridhhi and myself. I was given immense love by her mother. Her whole family, Aunty and the sisters were very warm to me. I have picked up a 9 to 5 job with passion and sincerity. But this interview has further inspired and churned me to walk that extra mile in my life. Thank you Karishma for this. Long way to go Shraddha Di. Kudos.....
With all due respects, this doesn't seem a family which has seen strife. If her father was a Merchant Navy officer, and even studied in the UK in the 80s, it's obvious they were wealthy.
