Interview with Zsuska Juhász: a contemplative approach to working in the youth work sector

In the frame of our project "Holistic Trainer - Trainer Life and How to Hack It", Anita Silva has conducted an interview with Zsuska Juhász, in the frame of which she explains her contemplative approach to working in the youth work sector.
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
🚀 Join us for "Trainer Life and How to Hack It"! Are you ready to find a community that faces the same struggles as you in their life as a trainer?
🌍 The “HOLISTIC TRAINER” project is a strategic partnership in the field of youth work. We aim to increase the quality and impact of youth work training by supporting trainers in their well-being, motivation, and job satisfaction. We develop and curate content that provides holistic guidance and inspiration for trainers in relevant areas of trainer life such as:
- Physical well-being
- Mental and emotional well-being
- Life on the road
- Legal matters
- Self-management
💡 Among the outputs of the project are:
(1) a collection of TIPS/HACKS and inspiring stories from trainers
(2) a SURVIVAL GUIDE with practical orientation for trainers
(3) an online SUPPORT SYSTEM for trainers, including webinars with experts and live peer support, and
(4) a massive open online course (MOOC).
🌐 An international collaboration of the International Youth Work Trainers Guild (Germany), Coobra - Cooperativa Braccianti (Austria), Balkan Idea (Serbia), Team MAIS (Portugal)
🇪🇺 Co-funded by the European Union trough JUGEND für Europa - the German National Agency for Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps.
This initiative aims to support and empower youth work trainers worldwide. Don't miss out on the opportunity, spread the word, and see you there! 🌟
