He is a model human being, IMO. When he was quite young he gave an interview in French in which his intelligence and charm were plainly evident. That interview is on KZread. You may think you are watching the most attractive male actor.

I actually fell in love with him as the French man in Matrix

the most splendid english i ever heard. Beside he is an fascinating man and an acomplish actor.

Well, he DID study abroad for a drama school in England at the age of 16 or 17.

I know nothing about the film industry but I can listen to him speak the whole day. NB: You have a fan in South Africa. Thank you Mr. Wilson AKA The Merovingian.

I love this guy! The slight British RP and gallic lilt of his accent is very nice to listen to...

Reminds me of his scene in Matrix trilogy. Most delicate elegance even in curse. ;-)

Lambert Wilson is a very big star in France, he has already had the equivalent of an Oscar for best actor in France, he played in dramas or comedies, go to see him in "De Gaulle" recently or her performance as Celine Dion in a comedy "Marsupilami" 😂, a person very charismatic too He does not consider himself Hollywood compatible, he has it explained in interviews in France, he likes american people but not the cinema industry which he considers too hypocritical whereas in France, if it's not going well, if it's not okay we don't pretend In Los Angeles, he explains that we don't welcome with huge smiles as if you were the messiah but once the door closes, we don't even remember you coming 😅 In short he explained that he prefers not to sacrifice his too precious Parisian life for his taste It's a question of culture...on the contrary, when actresses like Scarlett Johansson or Natalie Portman lived in Paris, when they come back to the United States a few years later, it's a big breath of fresh air for them, it's like that

Well, not exactly. It should be noted that before he went to drama school in England at like the age of 16, he probably did speak English with a similar accent There still is a bit of a minor French accent when he speaks English, but it isn’t as pronounced as say Louis Garrel’s is.
