Nearly 50 years to the day since his debut for the St Kilda Football Club, former captain BRUCE DUPEROUZEL joins us to talk about his incredible career, which included a WANFL (WAFL) club best and fairest for Claremont, 139 VFL games for the Saints, WA state footy, an All Australian jacket in 1980, and even a Sheffield Shield trophy playing State cricket for Western Australia!

Great player, did well at Claremont. I can remember people talking about him at Claremont, very fondly, and his name was up on one of the boards there (obviously for the fairest and best).

@@Unpluggered oh oh, as a Padres fan, I was not happy when Philadelphia defeated San Diego in the NLCS in 2022 (yes, and I went and saw two of the games here in town, both Padres losses, nearly as deflating as St. Kilda’s EF loss to Geelong in 1991 at VFL Park, the last match I saw the Saints play before I moved to California). Lucky all you blokes barrack for St. Kilda. It makes the Philly support acceptable. Sensational interview with Dupa, btw. Along with Barks and Dunne, he was one of my first favorite Saints when I first started really barracking for the Saints in 1977. Thank you, gentlemen.
