Sir I am Mubashir Iftikhar from Muzafargarh. I am a teacher. I am 31 years old and hugely impressed by your energy and love for your profession. I have been waiting to gain the opportunity to become a lawyer. As I am ineligible for this due to age. but I can do external law and I am saving money for that. My request to you is to take this issue for the aspirants like me to the higher court so that the age barrier should be removed. It is a violation of our fundamental right to education. s. Regards

Interesting conversation but it looks like now the legal profession is not for the working class. The cost of this education is beyond the buying power working class and most of the times after LLB student goes abroad for a foreign degree and then come back to Pakistan to compete with the rest. I agree with Mr. Nafeer Ahmed Malik that you need a mentor to learn the tricks of the trade.

This guy is a disgrace. In a more recent interview he talks about introducing the external programme and its benefits. He admits that he illegally took more than a 100 students and that he was cautioned by the Supreme court. He had to cut done to 100 students. He introduced the external programme to compensate his loss of money. And here he is talking about how bad the external programme. Bullshit.

ہم چھ بہن بھائی ہیں ہیں تین بیٹے اور تین بیٹیاں باپ نے ساری جائیداد تینوں بیٹوں میں تقسیم کردی برابر بطور گفٹ ہم شادی شدہ ہیں کیا کوئی لاحق کہ ہم اپنے باپ کی زندگی میں ہی اس سے اپنا حصہ لے سکیں اور باپ اپنی پراپرٹی بیچ کر ان کے نام پر نیا گھر گاڑیاں خرید رہا ہے اور ہمیں حصہ نہیں دینا چاہتا اپنی زندگی میں تقسیم اس لے کر رہا ہے کہ بیٹیاں کل کو اپنا حصہ نہ لے سکے ان سے باپ ابھی زندہ ھے آپ میری مدد کرے اللہ نےاپ کو طاقتور بنایا ہے کوئی ایسا قانون بنائے گفٹ یا ہبہ کے نام پر بیٹیوں کو محروم نہ کیا جا سکے گفٹ صرف بیٹے کو کیوں
