I love how he's softly laughing about what Jonathan says. You can tell he likes to listen.

More specifically, his body of work is proof of the fact that not only does he listen, he pays attention, incorporating what he's learned into his work.

Adam Driver is a superb actor, I look out for his new films now, to have him team up with TG and JP is amazing, still waiting to see this, what's the hold up?

Two of my favourite actors working today, Jonathan Pryce is just brilliant at anything he turns his art to and Adam Driver is fast becoming one of the most interesting actors around today and very humble with it.

What a charming interview. Maybe because I also enjoy listening, I like to watch Adam listen. And :'D his getting lost in thought is so curious. I sure would like to ask if he notices what happens when it happens (in retrospective). If it's more of a "ran out of thought, forgot where I started" or more of a "thought too much too fast and stumbed when failing to compress it into words". I do hope it's not like sudden complete blackouts since that could then be medically relevant.

Rochefort would have been great, but I'm thankful we didn't get Johnny Depp. Actually, I'm thankful for ANY film that doesn't have Johnny Depp.

As much as I wanted to like this movie I hated it because it was so Islamaphobic. I love Adam Driver’s movies, but the hate for a certain religion in this movie was disappointing and unnecessary. I must admit though that some scenes were funny and Adam’s character was interesting.

I disagree. The scene with terrorists was a dream sequence. When Toby woke up, he found the Muslims in the town were refugees who had been welcomed with open arms. As he and DQ left, they looked back to see them being driven out by what appeared to be the police. I interpreted it as exposing anti-refugee/anti-Muslim policies some countries have.

billiey giles yes I agree regarding that scene, but later in the movie they see some goats/sheeps and he says that they are muslim clergy man and that is their call to prayer. Near the end of the movie there is another scene with bearded women who are covered and portrayed to look like muslim woman, and if I remember they made another bomb joke again. In my opinion these are racist and islamaphobic scenes and the movie could do without them 🤷🏻 but then again I personally don’t expect much better from Terry Gilliams who is transphobic
