Thanks a lot for this interview. I went to buy a sitar on my first trip to india but no one at the music store had a good knowledge of the instrument. I'm going back to india in septembre hoping to buy a sitar again. meamwhile I have joshua's music. Namaste

Thanks! I also bought a sitar in India a few years ago, but after trying to tune all the strings several times I hung that beautiful pice of art up on the wall, and I look at it everytime when playing my 4-strings fretless bass.
