Hi Neil, I don’t understand what does it mean that everything is a story, I thought story is something happening in time, so for example thought of a table is not a story, but I heard that any thought or anything that’s being said is a story, that’s what I don’t get, can you explain it ? Thanks

Really, the dream story is 'I am'. Some speakers will also quite often say, 'this is just a story', when describing something that appears to happen, also.
