New Orleans is one of the only cities in the South along with Miami and Baton Rouge that Los Angeles and Chicago gangs could never established a stronghold in that is one of the things I respect about them they didn't follow the trend most cities across the country in mimicking Los Angeles based gangs

A lot of dudes in the hood get into the streets at a very young age. A lot of what they get into is taught to them at a very young age by their parents uncles, older cousins, older cats on the block, etc. Rappers say they jumped off the porch at a very young age to make it sound cool. Can’t confuse rappers with real street dudes.
