Interesting to see Nick Faldo before his swing changes. I used to love watching pro-celebrity golf on the BBC along with "A round with Alliss" back in the day. Thanks for uploading.
Great childhood memories of these, my dad (RIP) used to love watching this
Sadly the eight I have uploaded are the only ones I have. These were shown on ESPN classis years ago and as far as I know these were the only ones shown. Maybe the Beeb will show them again one day instead of constant repeats of crap in the attic and sodding bargin hunt!

Totally agree with you my friend but sadly they would rather spend our license money on rubbish like what you suggested and the frigen endless cooking programs.

It's the complex rights issues which stop these being repeated on Beeb. The show was a joint production with Mark McCormacks IMG group hence why the show could lure with a substantial appearance fee and perks so many golfing greats in their prime to appear - not least some great celebrities too - especially in the shows earlier years. I can imagine to renegotiate repeat fees with some of the golfers or their estates and each and every single celebrity would be a complete ballache to say the least - or quite an expensive one in relation to potential viewing figures.

Thanks so much for these items used to love watching even though they were 20 years before I started to play,do you remember the repeats, one a day over Christmas holidays?
Neil, thanks so much for uploading these! Great to see them again.
Love this.. Beautiful memories, men and heroes who shaped my life.. thank you so much!
Many thanks for such a great upload Neil, golfing gold! I always used to 'book' the telly for these and loved watching the professionals, the amateurs like Tarby and Forsyth were a pain in the backside and who needs comedians when you have Lee Trevino?
Connery's swing really improved over the course of the filming of these matches.
Thank you so much for uploading these Neil 👍🏻👍🏻🤗
Thanks went to a few of these at Turnberry
Brilliant....& at 27:30 Peter predicts the Trump par 3 by the lighthouse👍
Sean Connery is a tough competitor.
Especially bearing in mind Bruce played at Wentworth, how did he play off 10?
A championship links course in the wind 🍃 almost impossible to play, absolutely love the video, I've been in the same position many times, and it's tough 🙄

It still amazes me that golf took hold as strong as it did in a place with such short summers and really foul weather possible everyday of the year. It shows how passionate we've always been about the game
Thanks
I would just like to ask have you anymore of these that you intend to upload because I will look forward to watching these if you have.
BF a 10? I don't think so.
Par three dream. It is now. R.I.P. Peter
Who was Forsyth trying to kid with a 10 handicap….18 hacker at best, every time I watched him on this series he was always all over the place!
Wonder what Bryson would think to Persimmon woods
I've just got to comment on this YOU'VE MADE MY FUCKING DAY.Thanks I've been waiting for someone to put these on for ages
007 style !
Stableford not Stapleford
When golf was proper....
Miller was a jerk even back then....but thanks for uploading this, James Bond at Turnberry....finally got to see Sean play. Always heard he was a golf fanatic.
