1. How international health worker recruitment and migration can be managed ethically and sustainably; and
2. How policymakers and leaders can leverage the benefits of international and internal workforce mobility and migration.

Require developed countries (host) to donate equipment and manholes of training to developing countries, to improve their Healthcare. Also give scholarships to train Healthcare workers.
Idea: How about giving the migrant nurses a sabbatical leave every 5 years, letting them return to their home country to train or teach classes in nursing. Also, requiring that developed countries send professors to teach nursing classes in the developing country. Can doctors and nurses hold a 6 month "mission" to deliver urgent health care in developing countries during that period.
