Brother, I visited the kidmat center in Lahore yesterday. According to the new law, there is no need for a visa on the passport to create an international driving license.

For driving license they said visa is mandatory but for character certificate it’s not
15 August meri appointment h or documents bi upload nahiky huwy..... Koi advise de dein...... Karachi me h appointment........ Or bhai embassy interview ka kia scenario h ?

You can upload by yourself or at vfs
Apni international license kha se bahnwaya tha? Because ya 3 to 4 hours main nai dy rahy ab can you tell us kha se bhanya tha apni.?

Apka id card pa aik address isb ka hona chaye agar ha to F6 Police Facilitation centre chlay jao with licence and id card ban jayega
