Internal Rate of Return (IRR) Trial & Error Method | EXAMPLES
In this lesson, we explain what the IRR (Internal Rate of Return) is in simple terms with a few points to help you remember. We go through examples of how to calculate the IRR (Internal Rate of Return) using the trial and error method. We explain and use the trial and error formula. We also explain how the IRR relates to the NPV (Net Present Value) and their differences (IRR vs NPV). We go through an example where we show both the IRR and the NPV. Check it out
