You seriously help me understand what's NPV, PAYBACK PERIOD, DPP and IRR and on how to calculate these. Binge-watching your vids since I can't fully comprehend what my instructor is discussing. I like how you simplified your explanations. Wouldn't prolly find the class boring if you happen to be my teacher in Fin. Analysis and Reporting. Thank you sm! Was able to finish my assignments bcoz of your tutorials. Jotting down notes while watching rather than waiting for the ppt of my instructor to be shared on gclass.
