I don't think it's the mannerisms. It's the energy. They both are forward and here we have Ethan who is also super laid back. Of all the other interviewees, Ethan was the most relaxed and all of his questions were true.

I’ve been in this situation plenty of times where someone who was too lazy to train or mentor me just called it “sink or swim”. Dude was completely forgotten about and cast off and should be way more salty. They really underestimated him and his personality.

Barstool needs to bring back this type of person! They started going downhill when they switched it up and brought in normals

Give this man an opportunity, Dave! He is entertaining, unique and engaging.

I don’t know why but I love this Ethan kid. Dave needs to hire him. He’s the spitting image of Dave if he was a kid. It’s like every time he’s ready to speak he says something so unexpected or witty. Pure gold!

That dude MUST be hired!! You literally are just waiting on pins and needles to see what's going to be coming out of his mouth next. There's most definitely "something" about him that makes you want to watch so you'd be crazy not to hire him.

I am rooting for Ethan. Don’t forget about him.

Interviews with Dave is obviously his calling. Ethan’s ability to hold a straight face for the most part while playing the role is amazing.

I want to hate Dave Portnoy but I can't, the guy built this empire off hardwork and honesty. The fact that he takes chances and sees potential in people without any experience just because he's got that gut feeling and it works.

Ethan needs to come back. I have watched the video of him probably 3 times. He is perfect for a content house. Really enjoy his calm attitude towards everything.
