Over the past few months, I've been intensely working out and bulking up, eating a lot of protein and mostly healthy foods. 🥗💪 But guess what? I also gained some extra pounds that I wasn't too thrilled about, especially after indulging in some birthday treats! 🎂🍰
So, I've decided to reset and get back to my normal, healthy weight by starting intermittent fasting. 🚀 I've been doing an 18-hour fasting window for the past few days, and the results are already showing! 🌟 My inflammation has gone down dramatically, and I feel less bloated. It's not just about looking good but feeling good and healthy. 🌿✨

    I enjoy intermittent fasting. It was hard at the beginning but my body is used to it now. I feel less bloated and sleep better.
