For what it’s worth, I’ve been a trainer for 30 years (CSCS since 2002), and I really appreciate your content. I’m brand new to macebell/gada training and your videos are very helpful (much better than a shirtless d-bag that can’t finish a sentence without dropping an f-bomb 😂).

Thank you very much. I pride myself on the presenting the education with zero BS.

I noticed that when you do kettlebell halos your top hand goes over the opposite shoulder, but when you do mace you send your bottom hand over the opposite shoulder. I know various teachers debate which way is correct. Personally, if you to do Gada swings or 10 and 2s the hands go both ways. So I don't sweat it. It was just something that I notices. To me, it is easier to transition to one hand if the bottom hand is going over the opposite shoulder.

The KB doesn’t have a vertical stacked grip like a mace’s distal load? So I don’t see why a “top hand” relevance is being questioned with the halo respectfully.
