To this day I still don't see the need to this Agency. I've met a number of entrepreneurs who had received funding and been running for plus minus 5 years with not tangible growth. There is a missing link here. "Before you give people the land, teach them how to use it first"

I have missed this one. I am now 42 years and have been replied to after reaching 36years. I applied when I was young and answered when i was old

The biggest problem is why do you employ an old man to further the interests of young people. He is not in touch with what the youth are going through. Give a young person that position and I'm sure you will have different results
