When should we apply for pgcat in sem 8 but sem 8 result will pending so CGPA is not calculated for complete course as sem 8 result is yet to declare??????

Overseas placements are very less like 2-3 max offer per year. Country can be any one like US, UK

hello bro how are you doing, wish you all the best. Bro I had one doubt, thing is I passed out in 2021 btech cse but have been unemployed since then and I also shifted my focus to govt exams but no luck so far. I'm thinking of preparing for gate exam, Assuming I'm able to get the top IITs or decent IISC's how much do you think this is going to affect my placement scenario ? Will I be unplaced with this gap even If I do my mtech from a good IIT ? Do reply bro, Awaiting your response. This is going to help me a lot.
