Hi everyone! What's an intentional living do and don't for you? 🍵👇🏻

I’ve learned over the years to be intentional about relationships with other people. Too many of my associations & connections had evolved by happenstance or circumstance rather than by an intentional selection process. This always ended up being not good as many associations were not really compatible with me & caused stress & too much conflict over differences. Now I am more careful about who I connect with on various levels of association. *We can know & be kind to anyone at a healthy distance but everyone does not need to be invited into our close circle of associations.

Do appreciate my husband of 50 years. After being married so long, we still enjoy being together. Don't let myself get so distracted that I don't have some time to garden every day. Gardening makes me feel grounded and happy.

Along the lines of #20 ... don't think you must get rid of "brown" furniture just because the trend is no longer brown! Trends change. That doesn't mean we need to follow it. Do enjoy your home exactly as you wish without worrying it's out of style.

I really needed to see this video this morning! I've recently decided to do what I want vs what society and the people around me "think" I should do. Ulitmately I just want a simple life where I dictate what happens in every aspect. Living life your way is what's most important to me. Anyways, thanks Ms Vera!!! Keep up the great work.

Some really great tips here. i have only just discovered your channel and am really enjoying your content. I am very curious to hear your opinion about countries like Netherlands, Sweden and Finland always topping the world's happiest lists. It gives us the impression that nobody is stressed, worried or unhappy in any of those countries (which i know is obviously not the case)

I've learned that I have been swayed in the past by the company I kept. I don't have uncontrollable debt, eat and drink out often anymore when I changed who I spend time with.
