Nice to finally see what you guys were chasing in El Reno last night. El Reno tornadoes have become an automatic nail biter for me, especially under the cover of darkness. Great chase, excellent footage, and beautiful tornado! 🌪

It’s so much easier to see on the video, last night when you were live it was harder to see unless there were flashes of lightening. There were several elements to this that made me nervous; it was at night, it was near El Reno and you were near the monument to the TwistX team. Great chase, the rest of this week looks promising.

Tornados are deadly but you just have to marvel at footage like this. Extremely intimidating and yet beautiful at the same time. The darkness hiding the tornado with the flashes of lighting revealing it briefly is just mesmerizing.

That lightning was wicked nasty.

Nice job Ben and Conner, well done 👍👍 I missed this, but got video of the elephant trunk topping out back on highway 81.

Gives me chills that this tornado was near the Twistex memorial.

The most Terrifying part is that fact tornados are typically a little dark and then its dark outside, so you'll never see it coming until it's minutes too late.

There are other storm chasers named Connor; Connor McCrorey, Connor Tune, and Connor Bond. Someone on Reed’s stream said they thought he was referring to Connor McCrorey because at that point Connor Croff was parallel to Reed on the other side of the storm.

@@janfitzgerald3615 McCrorey rode with Reed last week so may have been. I know Croff just got that rav4 and all we saw was a blur of an suv scoot past so figured it was him.
