Mystic Confluence play is a good example why holding grudges in a commander game often leads to both people losing. That was a solid punt.

The Raycon ad with the professor cracks me up every time 😂

I really like how Mason is always treated as a thread despite always showing up with more budget decks than the rest of the table.... And I reallly love how he took Jake down with him XD .... Good job everyone

My friends would be so annoyed with the sac and crack turns of my Atla deck, so I bought a bunch of plastic easter eggs to use as tokens. When it would be time to crack one, I'd let them smash it. It made my turns much more fun to interact with and helped them not hate it when it gets going lol.

Such a strange game. Craig showed he had all his synergy pieces... but no one (directly) tried to hinder him. Beast Within, Mystic Confluence, and the single target Rift all went to targets that were... fine, but far from ideal for the game let alone for the casters.

Have you got a list? I was thinking Delve w/ self mill and things w/ Evoke or free spells like Submerge. Feels like there are a ton of ways to build it wrongly.

Great to see Mr Infect back at the table playing infect. Loved the power levels of these decks a lot of synergy and some great gameplay.

I'm so happy to finally see xyris, he is my favorite deck. I built it with haste enablers, mass draw, cryptolith rite, and big x spells. It just turn into an ever-growing swarm of snakes that I tap for mana to make even more snakes, and finish the game with spells like might of the masses and massive raid. Such a fun deck to play and I'm so happy to see him in extra turns. Great stuff guys!

Can't wait for this deck box... I've been waiting for them to do something like this again. AND Mr. Infect on an extra turns.. doesn't get much better.

Mental note: do NOT use Villainous Wealth on Jake. Ever.

Great reason to play for spite though. Weird to play for second or third instead of fourth, not weird at all to convince someone they should never target you again in their lives.

Snakes... why did it have to be snakes. Some cool stuff, I always feel myself being drawn to Manson and his choices, they always end up very interesting and different from what you would expect like countering the spell with mana drain to generate a ritual like effect. Very interesting and smart plays I feel always from Manson.

Good to see Craig back again. Been waiting so long!

Nice, two of my commanders in one episode. Atla and Xyris are both so explosive, can't wait to see this!

Kickstarter should also be used to raise money for whatever they're making. The more backers the more they can make. If they already made them and have a limited supply your not backing anything, at this point your just using Kickstarter as a marketplace. Just sell the limited quantity from Ultra Pro directly.

@@TheDestroya88 I can understand using Kickstarter as a true preorder system for companies to know how many copies they need to produce. it allows them to make more games that might have smaller audiences without having to risk over producing, and losing money on unsold copies. I think that is good for a lot of reasons. Using Kickstarter as a storefront to sell a limited number of already produced items is not what it is for, at all.

Most likely tunnel-visioned with the Jeskia's Will but there's the possibility that he wanted to hold up Arcane Denial while the citadel was in play. I think the real mistake was not using the Phyrexian Metamorph to copy the Solemn Simulacrum to get a shuffle effect. Copying Mulldrifter would have done it too.

I remember when they only had just 3 episodes of extra turns. Good job on the hard work guys.

Gonna be honest. That ad with Prof was probably the greatest thing I’ve ever seen.

@@ODIRGO Karmic retribution aside, digging for an answer to Impact Temors was the right call. If he pulled a naturalize effect, he could have nuked it before the tokens landed and survived another round.

No. Even if a player dies on their turn, the rest of the turn will still progress like normal (just without an active player). The triggers from Xyris are already on the stack (since he was casting draw spells in response to the Xyris triggers), and will still resolve, even though Manson loses the game with those triggers on the stack.

If the active player would receive priority, instead the next player in turn order receives priority, or the top object on the stack resolves, or the phase or step ends, whichever is appropriate

Ashlen has way too many non-threatening creatures in her deck. Also she should've just used Zacama to blow up the Impact Tremors.

by the time she got Zacama on the field, it was kind of worthless, Craig just needed to alfa strike her to win. But I do agree that people should have paid more atention to Craig's field instead of focusing on Mason, and mason could have used that beast withing to destroy something else (like tremors) too.

Oooo the threat assessment here... I have questions.

As an Xyris player, seeing impact tremors take over the game was awesome.

Id love to buy a game knights deckbox but at that price and being in canada its just too much...

Ashlen has to be in more episodes than Jimmy for sure, maybe even Josh at this point

My Atla Palani deck runs Blightsteel Colossus as the only non-egg in the 99. I run all the sac outlets to protect him from exile, and I run KarnTGC and Pull From Eternity just in case. Common wincons are Chandra's Ignition, Soul's Fire, Gravitic Punch, or my favorite: Ram Through (especially with Forbidden Orchard). Some of my fav cards in the deck: Berserk, Hot Soup, Molten Echoes, Mirror of the Forebears, Duelist's Heritage, and perhaps most of all: Riding the Dilu Horse.

She could've survived if she destroyed his tremors.

Yeah, typically i love these extra turns games, but between ashlen playing a repeat deck with the same tired theme, and her and jake salt slamming manson for no reason, it just seemed bad.

I love playing Harmonic Prodigy in my Atla Palani deck. doubling Atla's triggers is so back-breaking

Haven't watched the episode yet but I hope Ashlen gets hit with Cyclonic Rift based on her shirt

At this point Im convinced that either craig intimidates other players or beating him risks him throwing a tantrum or something? Most with him are 3 other people beating on each other for no reason while they just wait for him to win. Its absurd. Its just a game, I dont mean anything negative to craig. But once again he was obviously the biggest threat at the table yet no one even attacks him.

Craig: "This is a group hug deck... kindaaa" basically every group hug player :'D
