    I like your workouts because they are various and different. I alternate legs when doing the Get Up Squats to avoid starting with the same leg. May I suggest you boost the sound level when you talk because we can barely hear you.

    Very effective workout for the quads, did it yesterday 5 times in a row with 1-3 minute rests between and my legs were burning like hell! (I also replaced frog squats with assisted sissy squats and bear squats with squat pulses for an even stronger pump!)

    Awesome routine. I will try it today. I will add a little bit to the first two moves. We should also make sure to work in starting with both the left and right legs on the first move. (Maybe make it 30 seconds per leg that starts.) Also for the second move try and bring your knees to your chest on each jump. 😊 I know these are body weight moves, but some of us need to gain a little weight. Perhaps adding a 30lb kettle ball to the moves would help.

    It is better to seperate the weight day with bodyweight legs day , it's safer for your legs and you will get a chance to see how difficult the exercise to the body , if you add weight too soon , you will never know which exercise is doing the real work there and how you should modify it. For a starter , always try simple and add things on later.

    What's the difference between sumo squat and regular squart interns of muscles target

  • @KunieStenzel

    @KunieStenzel

    4 ай бұрын

    Think in terms of motion, flexibility for the hips and hip sockets. Range of motion and symmetry of both sides individually is important in terms of performance and would likely be achieved by the next step in the progression with cossack squats . Sumo squats are similar to ballet plies, where in 2nd position they have the option of tiptoe sissy squats with the feet turned out (open) as opposed to parallel. Squats and the mechanics of squats aren't so simple to summarize in a comment. Check out the content of the SquatUniversity channel for more detailed in- formation and look up the protocols of an excellent base and progressive routine (12 week program) the Gambetta leg circuit.

    @KostasSiderisBarista You can always do more and stand on a box or step and do calf raises. You can also do good mornings to hit the glutes and hams. He's giving you a base to start. If you really want a leg workout and can stand to listen to a Moby song, squat 135 to the song Flowers. You can also do jump squats to it. You have to stay down in the hole until he says "Bring Sally Up." It will burn your legs for you. Try it with push-ups also. I bet you don't finish it.
