Get sometng used thats the cheapest way someting like i5 7400 and gtx 1650 super( just as example) will let you play games and have online classes

I found that CPU in my collection. Someone had damaged the connector side really bad. So I removed the IHS (Integrated Heat Spreader), which is the metal top. It revealed YET another small layer of....thermal paste...and a very small silicon chip. Amazing.

Well buy second hand intel stock cooler just look for lga 1150) or buy some cooler that fits lga 1150 for example cooler master tx3 evo or cm hyper 212 black or some cheaper one

make sure your pc case can fit it all if its small form factor than look for low profile 1650
