Im thinking about building a pc with the exact same board. I don't really like the gamery theme of the bazooka board but this one looks very clean in black and no rgb. More video output ports are also nice to have.

Is the jaudio1 just for the front panels or the rear ones too? Unfortunately my prebuild came with the blue wire disconnected from the hd audio connector.

This video is amazing, you showed literally every little detail I needed to see, thanks so much.

Hi I have an msi pro b660m-g motherboard with a 12400, on the manufacturer's website, in the Bios section there is a driver updated to 2023, while in the Driver & utility section, they are available. Drivers updated to 2022 only. Do you recommend just updating the bios? Or do I update everything else as well? Thank you

If hv 6fans, can just stack them all? N do i need to push the 4pins at the end like u did for the fan connector?

i bought same ram cpu, mobo and updated bios to the latest but ram dont work in dual channel slots (dimm2 and dimm4)

It looks like importers took measures for that, and this motherboard supports any 12th gen processor out of the box since August, 2022 (as far as I know). I'm using the board and I did not have to update the BIOS.

That Gpu is one of my new favorite budget Gpu😃

@@dggcreations oh that did clear up some of my doubts, i do like the board itself. Quick question, did you have up update the BIOS for the CPU? From what i've seen when checking with pcpartpicker it can come with older ones and need to be updated for the i5 cpu

The motherboard packaging contain a small clip thing called EZ M.2 Clip. Is that really needed to lock the NVMe M.2 ssd in place ?

@@KLGamers How to use it ? So far I only remove the 2 top screws, put in the SSD, lay the metal cooler on top and lock back the 2 same screws. I cant find a place to put the m.2 clip in.

Check the processor, then the RAM. If everything fails, try a different power supply.

People no need to buy gold 10 years warranty psu right now. As rumor next gen Gpu is more beast and more power hungry. We still cant imagine what kind psu will be next gen production because if this person upgrade gpu definitely need also to change PSU aswell.

A good quality 750 Watt Gold certified PSU (MSI MPG series, Corsair CX series or Coolermaster) is enough for decent modern GPU ( 6800/7800 XT or RTX 3070/4070) but if your going all the way to flagship like 7900XT or RTX 4080/4090 then go for Corasir RM 1000x or something similar from Asus Ryujin series or anything similar with platinum ceritification but one thing is certain that if you are going all the way to the next gen flagship GPU then 1000 Watt PSU is recommended. 850 Watt PSU recommendation for the flaghship GPU, well, those days are over.

I got answer from seller, it is fine to have just 8pin power connector for this cpu. 8+4 connector is more for K series of CPU.

the fans are using molex connections direct to power supply. if you are using RGB fans you will need a rgb fan hub/ controller , if you are using ARGB fans you will need a ARGB fan hub/ controller

Of course, MSI PRO B660M- A. Asus Prime is a bit slower in terms of VRM performance and hits higher temperature than the MSI.

Brother I'll definitely suggest you to go with MSI Pro B660m-A as that Mobo. is just the perfect match for i5-12400f, and almost all the other budget B660 MB are not properly handling the i5 causing some under voltage or cpu throttling issue

I made sure all cords were connected, power cord connecting PSU to wall is functioning, tried to check if the case power switch was the cause (it was not), and I cant think of anything else that could make it stop working

Mortar is better, but this is also good enough for a lower-power CPU like the 12400f.

Depends on which cpu you are using, if its a budget segment cpu like a i5 12400f and the purpose is gaming then stock fan will do the job, but if you go in higher segment you need to use atleast a good aftermarket air cooler
