Firstly, how the hell do you have your hands on such a crazy cpu, secondly, no it will not work with this motherboard, as this is an LGA 1700 socket, and your cpu is an SP5 socket.

For a 13400F, the Laminar is fine thermal wise, only problem with it is that I can get pretty loud. Either way not even close but good try buddy

1: Idealy you should get 2 sticks of RAM, for DDR4 it means dual channel, for DDR5 it means quad channel, either way = more performance 2: Why your board doesn't have M2 SSD heatsink? It should have one
