What is the Integral Framework and why is it important?
The integral framework is a meta-theory, in other words, a theory of theories.
It's a conceptual framework that allows room for every area of human knowledge and inquiry to be on the same map, in relation to each other, and in a larger context.
As such, it assists you in navigating situations and problems more effectively while making sense of a complex world, thus contributing meaning and effectiveness.
Where does it come from?
Philosopher Ken Wilber - considered by scholars to be the most widely read and influential of contemporary American philosophers - is referred to by his students as “the Einstein of consciousness.”
Just as we are still digesting the insights from Albert Einstein’s Theory of General Relativity, similarly, Integral Theory is currently transforming many fields simultaneously - from medicine and leadership to business and politics. It will take years to deepen into the full ramifications of this work.
