Rajasthan is a very non-veg oriented state. Gujarat is possibly the most vegetarian state in India. Rajasthan is a desert state where not much vegetation grows and natives eat meat, quite a lot.

Bajra roti is the signature dish of Rajasthan

They not use any ajunomoto every day after finish my clinic I jus visit there even they give half gravy on all things no need to buy full best place must try dall and cured rice
