Did you take offense? It's just words. Much better of we shrug it off and prove to the world by deed and not by words that we can do better as a nation. That's a difference between winners and losers. While the loser whines, cries and is throwing tantrums, the winner is still running even after the race is over.

We d9n't live just for our own. We live to bettr the lives of all our family ties and beyond. We don't have the lifestyle of "earn a little and go spend more". Those people who be little Filipinos and use us a laughing matter are but insecure and they can not accept that Filipinos are better than them. Do not worry mga kabayans, they don't get anything from doing such disrespectful act publicly but negative feedback and putting themselves more down. We just need to continue being respectful and show them how Filipinos truly are. Remember, be kind always and ignore them as they don't deserve our attention. At the end, they are always at the loosing end not us. Smile and spread peace.

Thank you for the objective talk you made on the subject. The question on whether are we (not just Filipinos, but all other ethnicities as well) are being too sensitive about other people poking fun at identities, culture, and abilities of those different from them. Yes. we are and we should be. In this day and age, everyone needs to be vigilant about it. Little inputs can actually be used to justify hating and bullying and that needs to be checked. Not to say that we explode in anger every time. My point is to be careful and attuned to what is being said or done to the detriment of others and be able to call it out responsibly and with courage.

Don't give sorry to Pilipino just changes your bad attitude.

Our national anthem last stanza says, in the face of oppressors we will die (or kill) because of you (Philippines - motherland). So, this sensitivity is ground deep into the Filipino psyche.

I'm a filipino but the mocking of filipino accent is ok for me because there are some filipinos who are also mocking other accents. They made fun of it, even laughing from ear to ear and didn't even apologize for it. But downgrading our culture and our existence as a human is what makes me sad.

I was in Kuwait for 3years. In whole 3years, i never experience to have a day off😢,. Too much tired. They don't even give a single hour rest for a day of working. And even the 8hours sleep in night time also be takin from my time of rest cause they drink tea until 2 to 3 in the morning, and i need to look after the small kid. While they wake up at 12 nn or more, but me, always wake up in 6 or 7 in the morning. And working straight until night with out rest.

Forgive them for they do not know what they are doing 🙏
