I followed the exact recipe and steps and the quick easy sambar was ready which i otherwise have to eat outside in a restaurant here. I lost my maternal grandmother (Vaddi Amma) when i was quite young. I think if she would have been alive, she would have taught me the things just the way you do. Such a lovely recipe. I tried it out and hv made it so many times at home. My husband loves it. Recently I wanted to make thanni saar but I didn’t hv a lot of time, so I used the sambar premix and added in a popular leafy vegetable here in Malaysia- tavasi murungai keerai- and the end result was delicious thanni Saar. Tq for all these easy, time saving delicious recipes.
