@@mack8488 To me, it looks like she is waving her hand in the general direction of his face, and even if she did connect his response is about 4000% to strong. The answer to your question (although the words are in the wrong order) is. No. it is not forbidden to react, but it is forbidden to use excessive force to subdue an attacker and he is clearly hitting a LOT harder than he had to.
