0:38 it's called basic physics .. when gas (or any material in this matter) cools, then it applies less pressure as particles move slower. therefore it creates negative pressure. it's how big tankers have been crushed, when brainless people wash them inside with hot water during cold weather and then close it off after washing, it builds up so much negative pressure that it can crush the tank (train tanker, tanker semi ..etc)
