My husband was soooo impressed by this! He took one bite and said "Oh my god, this is goooooood! This is restaurant quality!". I made a few simple changes - used mild sausage only, no artichokes, added roasted red peppers, capers, and totally forgot about the Italian seasoning. Once again you surpassed yourself. I thought the Pot Roast recipe was it, then you come along with sausage & shells. I wanted to come through the screen & have a taste it looked so good. This I will make right after the Pot Roast. I wish they gave awards just to the way you react to your meals. You make cooking in the Instant Pot so easy. Thanks Jeff for doing these. I couldn’t stop smiling all through this.

Made this last night in my brand new Instant Pot. First time using a pressure cooker and you made the steps SO easy to follow. My husband said it was really good (and he is a SUPER picky eater who never likes anything). Thank you so much for the easy to follow and GREAT TASTING recipe!!!!!!

I would just like to say that I made this for the first time tonight. My husband normally doesn’t like creamy pasta dishes (I know and yes I still married him lol) he had seconds and kept repeating how good it was. Thank you for giving me a way to enjoy creamy pasta meals with my hubby!!!

Oh my Jeff, I made this last night. Couldn't find the garlic boullion, so I added extra garlic and used the chicken broth instead. Couldn't find the Primo Sweet Italian Sausage so just used fresh from butcher. This dish is one of the tastiest this 72 yr old gal has ever tasted. You are my favorite youtube Instant Pot guy Jeff. Even called a few neighbors over at 9pm on a week night to bring a container right then while it was hot on this cold Dec night...they came right over. They loved it!!!!! This could be your best yet!

I made this for the first time tonight. I've read other people's posts saying their family said to put it on the menu. That was the first thing my husband said. And my son in law. And my mom. And my brother. It was just as good as every one said!!

I christened my Instant Pot with this recipe. It was very good. I added 1 tsp of Tony Chachere's but next time I'll add more. This cajun lady needs her spice! I'm looking forward to trying more of your recipes.

Jeff... this is the best and my favorite recipe I’ve cooked in the instant pot. I had my sister in law over and she and my wife freaked out on the taste. So so good. I’m making it again (after only a week) for the family (6) get together. I doubled the amount of sausage and almost didn’t have enough room in my 6 qt pot!!! Thanks so much for all your recipes. I found your channel while I was searching the google trying to figure out what the hell an instant pot was. I’m an old geezer and I kept hearing the kids talking about it, so naturally I assumed it was some new sort of drug or something. Anyway, I just wanna say you guys are adorable. It’s like watching the honeymooners without all the yelling. I can’t comment on the recipes though. They all look good but my wife won’t let me get an instant pot. Apparently she’s convinced I’ll blow up the kitchen again. Keep doing what you’re doing, it’s nice to see nice people doing nice things.

You're hilarious. I almost chocked when you said Instant Pot was a new drug. Although when you start using one it is like a new drug - buying all different things to buy and cook. You'd love it! I was petrified to use a pressure cooker after having one explode beef stew all over me, the cat, the dog and the kitchen. But it is the safest appliance and I use it everyday. (Wait a minute, you've blown up the kitchen once already?)

Dude!!! I'm a first generation sicilian. Came to this country waaaaay back in the day. Love this. I'm gonna do this soon, with more garlic and mushrooms.

I have made this for my family several times. I don't care for Italian seasoning so I substitute it with seasonings to my taste. I also sub the boursin for 8oz of whipped chive cream cheese. Other than those two changes I follow this recipe. It is so fast and very good.

Made this tonight but with a different pasta because I couldn’t find the medium shells and have too much pasta in the house anyway. This dish came out amazing! This is the second recipe that I have tried and I want to say “thank you!for sharing”!!!!I it was perfect!!! The pasta was aldente and the flavor was great!!

I made this last night for my wife and I. I was truly amazed by how fantastic this was and that it was all very easy to put together. My first pasta made in the instant pot and, I'll admit it, it is now my favorite pasta dish (so far). Not only was it the best I've ever personally made, it's the best I have ever had. A year later and here I am making this for the.... I dunno how many times now.....I've been adding mushrooms to this as well. White or even baby bella. Absolutely delicious. I also plan on sprinkling with my home grown habanero flakes when it gets done in a few minutes!!!

Made this tonight and it was incredible! My only changes, my wife isn't a huge fan of too much garlic so I used the 3C of chicken broth instead of garlic stock, used 1C of Barefoot Pinot Grigio instead of the dry white wine, Alouette garlic and herb cheese since my small town store stopped stocking Boursin, and no artichoke hearts since I left a bag of stuff at the store on accident and it was in it. I did pack in more spinach. Weird, I've always been a comfort food cook, and I'm good at it...but my wife is calling me a gourmet cook now that I've made a few of your recipes...lol. Thanks and keep them coming!

Winner, winner, sausage dinner! This is the second recipe I've made from your site and it came out PERFECTLY!! I used mini farfalle instead of shells but now I wish I doubled the sausage. Either way, the flavors, the creaminess. My husband said he wasn't hungry when I was getting it all in there and then ended up having a whole bowl! Have you thought about putting out a cookbook?! I made this last night for supper. I didn’t have shells so I used rotini which worked well and held all that yummy sauce. This is so easy and quick and makes a large amount.
