I too am from NY. I live in Ca. now. And so, while driving, my habit was always to curse people out whenever they did pretty much ANYTHING wrong. A million years ago I learned to consider that the person had a problem and I learned to PRAY for them instead. If someone raced by me and cut me off on the freeway, I would pray that if they were racing to the hospital to be by a loved one's side, or they are late for work and would be fired if they were late one more time. TOTAL. GAMECHANGER. For me--and my children--who were always shocked at my sailor's mouth.

When I visualized my angel behind me, it made me cry. I haven't done that in a long time and really needed it. I pictured my angel wrapping his arms around be from behind to allow me to let out my sadness and support me. I was not expecting it to be so powerful. I guess the right meditation at the right time. When James suggested to vision another angel coming in, I couldn't. I just wanted to hang on to my first angel for a while. Thank you for this.

Anyone else saw a non-human spirit guides? Durring the meditation and connection to them I saw myself with long wavy red hair ir sort of a Merlinesque look(felt like a magician/witch me from another place or lifetime), a dinosaur or lizard type of being and a Sun personification in a young female body, just pure sunshine, just the figure of a human. Wanted to share as this was the first time for this type of experience. It was a bit weird/incredible. Thank you both for this talk and information! Great!!!

I came into James teachings of mediumship over 20 years ago which I been truly blessed with. But since then I have come to the renemberance that we are multi dimensional beings so understanding the meaning of this is.... We are all ONE no separation from our creator therefore we ARE OUR SPIRITUAL GUIDES. We are ALL now getting starting to communicate with our Higher Selves which is a spark of our CREATOR. I understand that before the awakening of the planet we did not comprehend this understanding but now that we do, we are all part of our creator which means we are now being shown that .... I struggle with meditation, I just can’t seem to get through to that head space but having the guest speaker talk through the meditation was very helpful and the closest I’ve ever got! I did have my almost two year old come sit on my lap during the meditation but WOW that feeling of the golden light pouring was very nice and the breathing technique. I’d like to try this again when I do get my alone time once my baby naps. So many insightful and useful tools shared in this I’m so thankful and glad I watched! Thank you for sharing with us both James and Micheal, I’m a new subscriber but I’ve gotta say Michaels energy and light feels good! He’s speaks so gentle and kind, I appreciate that because I feel I’ve been needed that in my life as of lately. So much love and light to you all! Thank you 💗💞💞💞

Oh my goodness, I don't know where else to post this. Your book arrived (ha! now it's MY BOOK) a couple of days ago and I CAN NOT PUT IT DOWN! My 19 yr old passed ,Over 2 yrs ago and I am a person who abused drugs and so did she. I have heavy blame and shame for not being the mother she deserved. My soul hurts and that is my journey. It's hard to believe that she is ok where ever she is. I need to forgive myself is the message I received, this day after mother's day And I'm so hurt for hurting others especially my nephew's and neices. Bless you for being apart of this day that I see I must forgive myself

Seen shiny purple, soft mauve, wearing a robe on first guide. Second extended an orange ball with white moving around it. Third was color pink, light and happy, like cotton candy. Didn't see faces, was feeling of each color.

I couldn’t see my angel guides but could feel them . I felt love, strength and safety. This was amazing!

I didn’t see mine either. Tried several times. I had feelings of comfort but wasn’t sure if it was just my imagination. I find this very difficult. Probably need a class or teacher. Good luck with your journey.

I love James Van Praagh...he's just so gentle and wise. Unfortunately I have aphantasia (essentiall a blind 'mind's eye') so I can't visualise. I try the exercise and definitely makes me calm, but sadly I can't get much of a sense of my guides. I would love to hear what James could glean from the spirits about why people like me have no minds eye... whether it's something our souls have chosen, or whether it's a damage that can be overcome in some way. Thanks though, and good luck with your RV trip!

My teaching guide is a raven I believe, also when we did the meditation my exhale was black smoke

HeLLO im a Lady from California and i must say ooooooo! my GOD!!!! he is on point & bring me more clarity & ability to explain things i am a medium ,and after a 5yr memory loss, from stress holding it all in Brain popped (no i didnt go to any hospital yrs later found out i had aneurysm) im more than great now ! but back to subject -during my memory Loss i prayed & talked to my guides & God at least 20 hrs a day everyday!!! for the entire 5yrs! (And Loved it ,i wasn't alone) & OMG!!!! did i get Spiritual downloads ,visions, prophecies, visitations, that were amazing all accurate! my friend she began taking notes & Learning , & my guides would change as i learned new things & get more new gifts Thank you for putting words to what was happening to me! you are a blessing to have as a teacher ,i gotta enroll in your classes, but ummmmm? which ones

Being in high 4th is fun. You are aware but your feet are in the now. It's like being in a role playing game. Your avatar gets to do fun things and get the most out of it without losing the bliss.

Thanks for this great video. We didnt find out if Ru Ru is a spirit animal unless I missed it? I always have a hard time connecting to spirits or angels…his technique didnt work for me either. Ive been meditating for many years and I think I carry some fear which has blocked me from connecting…maybe my human side is not ready even though I feel Iam. I need to do more clearing work with Aya and find out what is holding me back. Im a very creative soul. Im a professional artist so when he spoke about calling in guides when you create or paint, I got excited because that’s exactly what I do too! anyhow thanks again, wish I would have gotten more out of this interview but until I can clear my internal self or cut cords, this is just all talk for me.
