I think what resonated so strongly with me was that first statement- no attachment to the outcome. I suddenly recognized how much I was unconsciously straining toward competitive achievement for my art, that I was not doing it just for me, but for recognition. The center of that was a low self worth idea that I had accepted as “godly”. Now I can just minister to me, have no attachment to outcome, and that’s beautiful and freeing. I’ve been seeking an answer about my artistic bent, and this revelation was shocking enough to be it!

A balm to the soul. ❤❤. I love reading people’s comments - so full of love and appreciation!

I was only 23 when I consciously chose to make every choice out of love by leaving an abusive marriage and taking my young son with me. This put me on a path of an upward spiral and it also pushed my ex husband to seek help for himself and become a person not consumed by anger anymore and 35 years later he is a friend and our son is a psychologist. Love blossomed from my single act of love. At the time I didn’t know this is what it was but now I do. To have stayed I was making choice out of fear every day and this would have taught my son a very different life lesson. I’m so grateful for whatever guided me to make that first step all those years ago. ✨💖😊

This was an amazing interview. I could listen to Gary for hours. Incredible loving individual.

Two quality dudes got together. What an awesome episode.What a beautiful community.

Yes. I couldn’t put one foot in front of the other and Louise Hay has a book. Heal your mind a heal your body. Where my pain in the buttocks was that no Dr could figure out, was FEAR of moving forward and money. When I left and I had means to support myself it went away as fast as it came on!! Get that book it’s amazing. We are creating our Dis-Eases

Michael I got the biggest kick out of watching you slowly become mesmerised by what is Gary! The first time he was on Oprah all those years ago you could see the change in her demeanor within minutes of listening to him and you could see it in the audience whenever he interacted with them which was often. That meditation was definitely one of the sweetest I've heard. Thanks Gary and Michael

Thank you Michael and Gary for this very Inspirational and meaningful video. May it be so for others as well... Twenty one years ago in 2001, I became aware of Gary Zukav and Seat of the Soul. The cancer which still exists today and my excitement about this man's teaching helped my agnostic husband to be open enough to buy, read and connect with this book. It took two more years of meditation to connect to our inner guides so we could be aware that if we listened they would help us to make the right choices. To this day with Gratitude, Harmony, Service, Peace & Love they encourage us on the Correct Path to BE led by this inner Wisdom and So BE IT. We like to BE part of the Solution. God is Love and So are We and So are You. Every day is a thanks out into the Universe for another beautiful day of Life and we remain grateful.

I am learning so much from this book a universal human. I am reading it for the second time. Wow what extraordinary book I love it and I’m following the advice and I agree with all the advice in the book. I’m listening to my heart now. I am deserving emotions. I absolutely love this book thank you so much Gary. PS I also have your book the seat of the song I’m very very grateful for you for writing this book I am learning so much blessings to you and your family♥️🧡❤️💚💛

I would like to learn more about how this affects all sentient beings…all life. I also have found choosing love especially challenging when I am surrounded by energy from family/friends that reflects racism and dominance over animals. I can’t put it into words but even though I choose to love them the fear/anxiety I feel shuts me down. Thank you so much for this amazing interview.
