OMG THANK YOU!!! I spent the last 4 days trying to get W11 on my late 2014 Mac mini. I tried every tutorial including the ones in your video, but kept getting about every error you could get, no one mentioned the Apple updates for Boot Camp, I think that did the trick!!!

I've got to echo what most people have said. Thank you very much for taking the time and making this video. I tried Parallels on a MacBook Pro M1 13" and it was awful, so I sold that and bought a secondhand MacBook Pro 2019 16". Then followed your instructions. Intel i9 with 32gb absolutely flies.

Yeah Microsoft and Apple need to work together so windows can run natively on M1. I wish Apple had kept intel for those of us who want to continue to use intel based macs or at least make it a special order item.

I did exactly the same as you. I managed to get a refund for parallels and sold the M1 and bought a secondhand i9 MacBook again with 32mb. I do Astro photography and most of the software runs on Windows.

Worked perfectly on my mid 2020 Intel MBP. I also got hung up at 46% during the Windows 11 update process, but after about 15-20 minutes it finished and I was up and running. Thanks!

How you get it to 23h2? I have some issue from it. 21h2 download work flawlessly, can’t get 23h2 download to work.

Did this with a macbook pro 15" mid 2014 (A1398). Upgrade to windows 11 took ages, but it works!

Thanks for this man. Worked mint. Also I manage to update windows 11 to 23H2. Downloaded windows 11 23H2 ISO from microsoft, used the bypass tool, mounted the ISO, and upgraded flawlessly. Windows in bootcamp is the best. I have tried VMware on m1 mac mini and i got so many issues, but bootcamp works perfect.

The instructions are clearly given. You may have to disable Antivirus to run media creation tool. Expect long waiting time during Win 11 installation, it looks like a hang up but it is still running. Be patient. After installation done, do windows update again. Thank you so much, you are a star 🌟

Hi Just for info for anyone else wishing to upgrade to Windows 11 23H2 after following this video. I managed to do so, I downloaded the Win11 iso from MS ver English US coz that's the ver used in this process, so you need to keep to the same. I then ran the the Skip TPM check cmd file, then mounted the iso file and ran setup. Choose the top option (choice of 3) and complete setup. Apps and setting are restored and can run Windows update. Hope this helps.

Still works, its just that windows takes considerably longer checking for updates during the upgrade stage, at least from my experience For example, i got stuck at 46% when windows was checking for updates for around 10 or 20 minutes, but eventually it worked

Great video! I installed Win 11 on my 2019 MBP 16" using this process, it went smooth. However, I have Bluetooth issues because the build is 21H2. I have tried Windows Update and it is not updating the build to the latest 23H2. I don't want to lose my data. Can I upgrade my Win 11 21H2 to 23H2? Will I need to run the Media Creation Tool again? Appreciate if someone can share the exact steps to do the upgrade. Thanks

@@themacintoshguide I had success with the 21h2 downloaded from your link but the most recent Win11 version 23H2 I tried didn't work unfortunately. Maybe you know how to do it I think.

I was able to use a window support software that I downloaded off a Boot Camp in macOS and do a clean install of Windows 11 and macOS and Windows 11 are both on my 2018 Mac mini and it runs just fine

This is also working in my macbook pro 16" 2019. works flawlessly. actually I did manage to install and boot on external ssd drive.

@@Komenteytor connect external mouse and keyboard before installation starts. But then I have BSOD and instalation stops...

So it worked... sort of. For some reason, in Windows 11, my taskbar is completely blank, save for the program icons in the tray in the bottom right. I've looked through every possible fix for this (as it's not exclusive to boot camp installations of 11) and nothing's working, so I rolled back to 10. I'm apprehensive to try again for the same issue to come up, and I'm curious if it's user error, a known bug with an easy fix, or something else. Any ideas?

Can you please do an updated post or updated video for installing Windows 10 pro, and then upgrading to Windows 11 pro 22H2. As that would be the most up-to date video/post. This seems outdated, and people are posting about Bluetooth Issues. I really want to do this method on my 2018 i9 Macbook Pro but I am hesitant due to so many comments with issues, and that it's not the latest Windows version. Looking forward to your update. Hi, I certainly can however a lot of people doing it as mentioned on the video it'll vary. Not every machine will behave the same like mine did. Anything 2016 onwards should install windows 11 absolutely fine using my steps and then just update to 22h2

So the links you posted are still good and functioning when install on 2018 MacBook Pro ? I will be able to upgrade to 22H2 after the install of windows 11 22H1? Or do I need to install 22H2 directly after windows 10? If 22H2 is needed to be installed directly and cannot be updated from 22H1, can you please share a new link for 22H2? Thank you again, your video is best on KZread right now for getting this done (I’ve searched for other videos for over two weeks and yours is most comprehensive). @@themacintoshguide Hey, just to give you an update and anyone else reading. Your method worked on my 2018 MacBook Pro i9. I was able to install Windows 10 via bootcamp. Then was able to use the utility and upgrade to Windows 11 22H2 (downloaded from Microsoft website). Everything works, no Bluetooth issues! Very simple process if following the steps from the video. Thank you for this video! Now, only if someone could find a solution for the heating issues when running Windows on 2018 MB Pro i9, since Apple fixed it on the IOS side via software update, but when running Windows, the issue persists.

Once everything was going will I fill out all the infos when the windows turn on and shows the bootcamp icon that time my wifi turned off so the bootcamp page wasn’t loaded fully and now I can’t do none and I can’t get back to max os any idea?

Edit 20 minutes now : I've tried to read some tutorial online and found a solution to install the win11 iso in usb using rufus tool then opening the setup icon and it went okay I've tried all what you did exactly and i got the boring message "sorry we're having trouble determining if your pc can run windows 11" when running the "windows 11 upgrade" and selecting 'win 11 22H2 englishX64" Does the problem of the iso i chosen or what ? My MacBook pro 2019 i7 Can i just run the iso setup and continue upgrading the windows without this tool ? Plus thank you so much my friend for this great episode ❤

I got the “Undoing changes made etc” pop up and it threw me back onto Windows 10. Assume Aveyo doesn’t support 23H2 yet. If I try again, could I disconnect from the internet before setup and then it wouldn’t try to update past 21H2?

No, it is a 2020 model. There are two types of this MacBook. Not only is there an Apple Silicon version, a few months ago there was an Intel Core i9 version

At first it failed to upgrade from 10 to 11 couple of times, then I found out that I still have some updates available. Once those were installed, it succeeded. :)

It’s very hit or miss as Win 11 isn’t really supported via boot camp. Have you ensured Apple software update within windows is up to date?

Alright so, I did everything and windows 10 installation went smooth with the version "Windows 10 (Build 21H2)" and i ran the media creation tool. When i ran the "Windows 11 upgrade" it was loading but than all of a sudden i get an error that sais "an unknown command line-option [/auto] was specified." not to sure what that means.

it won’t let me download anything from your drive. it says download quota exceeded for this file. i did a search and it looks like google does this to prevent misuse of a file download (aka too many people are downloading it). can you please upload it elsewhere so i can download it? thanks!
