INSTALLING the 1973 Z28 Camaro ENGINE and MAGNAFLOW EXHAUST..AND 383 Stroker FIRST START In The Car!
Hope everyone had a great Halloween! A ton of work to went in to this video to get the Camaro back together, including installing the 2.5" Magnaflow exhaust system for F-body Camaro's. I also ceramic coat my subframe and engine bay prior to installing the engine (Armor Shield IX) for easy cleanup in the future.

    Ryan, it sounds great for what I could hear. You’re probably driving it by now and I’m anxious to see it moving with all 4 wheels on the ground! lol Another words “no wheelies” but maybe the rear wheels smoking a little. lol I’m sure that you are going to take great care of it after all the hard meticulous work that you’ve put into it over the last year. Thanks for sharing this build with us. If you decide you want to sell it, please get in touch with me and I’m serious.

    CERAMIC COATING AN ENGINE BAY.....WHO DOES THAT!!!! I love that YOU love your car and being so neurotic.....just like me! Lol. Excellent job so far...Keep it comin slick. Personally, I would've used a panel prep like gyeon or iso alcohol but that's me but I FRICKIN love that you're doing this! 👍 turned out great! Beautiful drivetrain too. Idk if you ever mentioned what ur going to do with the body, color wise, and some other things... also, an easy way to get a seal out is screw, a screw in the face of it and use the claw of a hammer to pull it out. Personally, I would've left the radiator unpainted..but again, that's me... You're also lucky you have a wife that's cool with letting you do all of this...lol

    It’s been a while since I ordered the pad kit and I can’t find my emailed receipt where I got it but I think I just typed in “gas tank pad” into ebay and found some rubber roll meant for a fuel tank, then cut it to length. Then just found a random foam block to glue onto the center section of the tank👍

    Those exhaust kits should have been for designated yrs, 1967-68, then 69 then 70-81. You have 1968 tailpipes. Something that I would fix if it was my car.

  • @RyanSampsonRPh

    @RyanSampsonRPh

    Agh I see. It ended up turning out nice but I knew something was wrong. Are the normal tailpipes supposed to just exit straight out the back rather than dump to the ground for 70-81?
