When the wind blows the back end, will try to blow a round a lot so you will need a fin on the back. Just letting you know brother I’ve been through that.

You should look into the sea dek flooring for it. Get rid of the carpet

Purchase a minn kota quick release bracket. Makes it super easy for taking it off your boat.

Bro mount the trolling motor plate permanently, rivet it to the boat. The motor should unbolt from the mount it came from the factory with there at the big thumb screw by the top of the motor.

Buy you a pedal recess tray it’s super easy to install I got an old school Lowe stinger aluminum bass boat I did the deck and everything on it. I recessed the pedal and it’s waaaaay better. Stand up straight and troll especially with the torque on the smaller boat 😂😂 🤘

I would get a chair that you can nail down and spin in a circle

Bro that seems just as much as a pain in the ass than just loading and unloading the boat. Should of just did it the real way. Wear and tear constantly lifting the and lowering the motor is going to make that jerry rig mount lose
