I have a question for you, I'm looking for a rebuild manual for a Roosa Master DB injection pump, and was wondering could you tell me what manual you use, and where could I find one. I'm looking to buy a 1958 ? Ford tractor, but the pump is bad...and I'm needing help finding the repair/rebuild manual for it, before I make the commitment of buying it. Any help would be greatly appreciated...Thanks.

I couldn't find a manual for rebuilding the exact pump on these tractors. Jenn Sales has one that is close but not exact. I have 2 videos on rebuilding the pump. The 2nd one is more detailed and better. The only difference would be if you have the earlier style pump without the large nuts on the timing advance. Otherwise, those videos walk you through how to rebuild a pump. They're actually pretty simple to rebuild.

@@chickenhousemechanic , yeah I've watched both video's and wow you did a great job with them, I just thought I might need a manual with me in the barn when I do start to rebuild the pump, just because I won't have my desk top computer there with me....but the manual that Jensales offer...does it say Model D pumps ? I wasn't sure if that manual covered the DB pump as well ?, again, I'm new to this. Thanks for your patience.

@tyus1932 that might be the one. I found a john deere manual online somewhere that has all kinds of pumps and injectors in it and it covers the DB pumps. It's a 300+ page pdf though. I have no idea where I found it though.
