Before the install you should have put a coat of 2k clear on them to prevent peeling over time 👌🏾

Car came black from manufacture but you can get your car wrapped in gloss black which would probably be like 2k, compared to a full paint job which would be like 3-4K. And I just have a full straight pipe, no cats no nothing

@@stormtrooper4 I actually ended up getting a 2018 R/T Plus 😅 It's been awesome the whole time, super smooth, quick when I need it to be, and sounds amazing on the road 👌 Can't recommend it enough for a daily driver!

Im installing the same vland lights. The backpanel which comes from oem lights gives me problem. When im putting new lights back to car, upper panel dont fit good. It stays 3mm too far. Do not go all the way in

Taillights holding up good! As long as the wiring was done good and everything was properly installed everything should still be good.

I respect it and i own a newer rt but it wont let it look like the newer ones because of the interior sadly and depending on the front grill

I have this taillight set except mine are completely smoked out. Looks way better than the old setup

its kinda how it was in the 70s the taillights and grilles were interchangeable for 70-71 its a good option to have if one caR IS Wrecked makes it a easy fix i like both models i plan to own atleast 3 more challengers in my life preferably 2010-2014 for my next since i daily a v6 2021

They aren’t bright in the sun huh? I have the smoked pair and the brake light and turn signal aren’t bright. They look good at night and decent in the shade. These are cheap quality but I like the look even though like you said they don’t fit 100% perfect, even on mine. I did notice though my sequential turn signal is yellow and yours are red I believe.

I love mine, except you have to garage your Challenger if you get them. If your car is exposed outside every day the VLAND lights will crack and look terrible

I have 2 1970 Challengers and a 2010. The tail lights on the 2010 mimic the 70’s. Much better than the new ones which they tried to make look like 1971

Do you think it’s possible to install the 2015 and up Charger tail lights to a 2013 Charger SRT as a custom tail light so it fits perfectly? Do you know if there’s an aftermarket tail light like that or would I have to go get it custom-made somewhere?

You don't need to make any modification so that they fit into their bases it's just removing and putting my car it's a 2012 and I want to make the convertion

I bought a '14 R/T so I'd have the classic look. I don't like the new rear lights.

Almost 600 dollars for a cosmetic change? It’s yours, do what you want with it. But the original light bar, in my opinion, looks better when you install a sequential light kit and it only runs 150 bucks.

This is a lot of work. They should have given you harness plug and play. It looks good but I like older lights. It's long. On mine I put black smoke acrylic cover. It solved the problem. No Body can tell if it was older model.

It ain’t that hard. Practice on a friends car. When you screw up just say ‘my bad’ and get a new friend. Or…….read the instructions.

These are the worst taillights in the world. I bought 2 pairs of them. They BOTH cracked withen months. Waste of 1,200 bucks. I bought 2015 and up mopar light set and installed them. Looks real and not cheap like these VLAND.
