My headers will be in tomorrow and I just removed all the SAP crap and don’t plan on reinstalling it. All it does is heat the cats faster. No other function.

For this car, as I've done it already, to remove the "Service Engine Soon Light" you need to install O2 Sensor angle extensions for the rear sensors. They should be about 7-10 inches long and should be in the angle then your car will even pass emmissions

I did install the angle kit but the light is still on and it’s throwing the misfire code for 1st, 2nd and 3rd cylinder. Any tips?

@@QasimAli-qg4yt Has nothing to do with secondary sensors. They cant cause missfire also the light is on due to missfire that is another issue

@@QasimAli-qg4yt doubt it’s coils, that’s bank 1 missing, but i heard if one coil in the bank is bad it can cause the whole bank to miss

That air scooper was OEM btw xD just not the filter I had the same set up on it so it would push the fresh air towards the filter while driving to help keep it cold 🤙🤙

Remove the sap, its not need since no more cats, do not need downstream o2 sensors neither. Only need the 2 upstream, also with a tune the cel light will go off

That bit you threw off at the start was OEM and was part of the airbox

I hope that’s not the “gas” cap. Lol.

Yeah as a third safety point just in case for whatever reason the jackstands were to give way. There was no pressure on it though all the weight was down on the stands with probably 1 pump on the jack against the oil pan as a "just in case".

@@InspirationNation oh ok I was just wondering for the engine mount. Does the engine just hang out once you take out the engine mount on one side? I do have the solid condour mounts

We used a 2x4 in between the oil pan and the jack and applied just enough pressure to suspend the engine while we changed the mounts.

Told you it was a pain in the ass. Haha

You didn't miss much honestly. The headers didn't make a huge difference sound wise. Performance wise it helped though.

The music is limited to -3 DB so it's not too loud. But hey, to each their own 🤷‍♂️
