Great job, Tony. Makes a big difference having your own sawmill. With the soaring prices in lumber, I bet you are glad you have yours and the trees. Many blessings.
just watching you made me turn up the heater. BRRRR. glad i live in Pasco washington. 40 degrees seems warm watching you
Awesome this really is going to help me I am trying to do the same thing to my carport thank you
Great idea Tony. I like closing in one end. Stops the weather blowing through.
What a great idea. I want to build an off grid cabin. what a great start Thanks God bless
Thank for sharing the video and it looks great. I got the Same project coming up soon
Hi. Good job, Tony. Looks nice. I'm going to do something like that to my carport.
Looks great Tony...it’s going to make a world of difference!!
The air nailer really helps speed up the process. Good work.
Good idea. Looks good too! 👍🇺🇸
Looks awesome nice job.
Greetings from Southwestern Iowa!!! Really like this idea. Keep plugging away at it. We enjoy your channel. Thankx for sharing.
You guys are Awesome.
Great job!
What a great idea.
Great job. To bad you didn’t just a little closer I could use some rough sawn lumber. Perfect size to keep all your implements in and out of the weather.
Did you anchor the 4x4s to the top of the carport or are they only buried into the ground? I am asking because I thought I saw the wall sway a few times.
Nice work
I like it
That looks excellent! I'm trying to convince my father to get a metal carport for the ranch and I would like to enclose it with wood siding on the back and the sides. Do you suppose you could clamp wood stringers to the metal beams and fasten wood siding to it, or would it become too heavy for the structure?
Love the look of your car port!! Where did you buy it, how big is it , & what make is it??
Very impressive and looks nice! I'm actually just looking for some shelves to attach to the metal studs on my carport. Just something to mount 3-4 feet off the ground, to the side metal studs of my carport, to use to work on, like a counter top and perhaps a little light storage (chicken supplies). Any ideas on that or where I might can find some ideas on this? Thank you and if I add a wall to the back, I'll certainly go with this.
Nice
No caulk between the boards?
No le puso nada antes de poner lámina le va entrar la humedad por dentro por la parte de arriba
The whole wall wobbled as you were nailing those planks in. This would never last in a windy area.

I saw that too, but was reading the comments to see if anybody else seen it. Tony you need some metal l brackets to lock the 2x4 in place. Nice work too.
I've been wanting to do this but people keep telling me that by leaving one end open the wind will damage it with a strong gust. what do you think about that concern?
How is your car port ancred.
How much this take to build
What's the easiest. Way to plum. The fafters. I'm putting up a used car port. The top is not. Lineing up. Thanks in advance.

Working hard instead of smart. Measure cut, measure cut, again and again, then climb latter once to nail
