I mean, manual install isn't that hard when I first wanted to try arch on an ancient testing HW, I couldn't start the system after archinstall, so I had to learn manual XD. that was a good introduction to using (read fixing) arch
can i install arch with tpm and secure boot enabled for dual booting with windows 11?

Once windows 11 is installed I assume you can turn off secure boot. My system had it off anyway. AFAIK you'll only maybe have issues with things like the Nvidia driver when secure boot is enabled

hey sorry for the late reply. i just found a tool called sbctl that can sign linux kernel and systemd boot with secure boot key. everything worked perfectly, and now i can use arch and play valorant on windows without any problems

can i install arch without a usb on windows 10?

I am not aware of a way to install an operating system without a USB or some other kind of bootable removable media like a CD. I know of Network booting, but do not have experience. I assume you may somehow be able to install an OS over the network, instead of using a USB. I would recommend just testing it out in a Virutal Machine if you're looking to just test. This is free, and can be done in something like Hyper-V.
