Can you show how to wind up a bobbin on the singer concerto 2? With a video perhaps and some explaining =)

I don’t know if you’re going to see this but I’m wondering if you could be more specific about those two screws on the right hand side and how exactly I tighten them or loosen them or what I do to push that leg or whatever you call it arm, over. My bobbin keeps slipping out of place and it’s driving me crazy.

My bobbin keeps jamming and saying C4 what does that mean?
