hey ansh, i wanna ask how do i raise the height of my classic 500 handlebars, i could not find handle bar risers online, they are all for meteor or gt. do i need to buy aftermarket handlebars ?

Hello sir you have to go for after market handle bar.

Better alternative:- Buy 500CC Clutch Centre; To that add one more clutch plate(old or new) with pressure plate. That's it. No need to buy new 500CC clutch plates.

today i update the 500cc 7 plate clutch assembly with hub and bearing set cost 3850rs and labour cost 300rs ,but just 10 percent pick up increased i feel that only nothing difference,,

Don't know the exact part number but it's easily available in RE Service center just ask them for 500cc clutch plate

Not much difference in top speed hardly 5km/hr but the initial pickup you will feel from day 1 specially in ghat section

Bhai mere pass classic 350 hai.. maine bhi pick up increase karni hai .. 1 Top speed increase hogi isse ya nhi or 2 engine k liye harmful to nhi hai.

Bro no issue yet cover almost 16k km till now. Did long rides of South India Ride. Rajasthan Ride you can check those videos on my channel playlist. Each and every video i mentioned about my clutch plate modification. This is best mods till date I had on my bike.

You just have to change clutch plate 500cc and center plate on which it will fit it will cost you around 2k now

@@harsiretsingh2135 any bullet mechanic can do sir its just opening old one and fitting new. Cost depends on mechanic around 300 it should be and please also change engine oil will replacing clutch plate

Sapne pahele to air filter se koi farak nahi padega ap stock b use kar sakte ho. Clutch plate se kafi farak pada hai. Specially ghat section se. Mera weight jada hai to mujhe gear down shift karna padta tha power generate karne ab easily chad jaati hai. Mere liye ye bada upgrade hai. Or mai kafi satisfied bhi hu.

Chassis k bich me ek pipe hoti h jo excel ko pakad k rakhta h. Vo check karo usme play ata h to awaj ata hai

Are you sure that the performance increased? Because you are comparing it with dead 350 clutch plates. May be if you had installed new 350 clutch plates instead . You would have still seen performing increase since you are coming from dead clutch plates. For accurate comparison we need to compare new 350 vs 500 clutch plates.

I believe we need 500cc rubber intake manifold and maybe a TPS connector that connects the carb directly to CDI unit? Any inputs would be very helpful as I am thinking to do this mod

Mileage depends on riding style and exhaust I m using stock exhaust did rajasthan ride got 40km/litre average you can check in my playlist rajasthan ride I have mention throughout my ride about mileage

Bhaiya cruising speed kitni hai 500cc ka clutch plate dalne k baad Mere paas classic 350 bs6 hai Uski cruising speed 70 hai. 70 kmph k baad bohot jyada vibration hota hai Engine bhi heat ho jata hai

Speed me jada farak nahi ata bhai. Torque badh jayega jaise ghat section par gear shift nahi karna padega bar bar. Double seat me b bike dabegi nai highwy par. Mileage 1 2 ka kam ho sakta hai
