Comments below are correct, you don't need to loosen ANYTHING to check the chain play...but if you need to adjust it, loosen the nut and Allen Key adjusters and then what??? Come on RE!!!

You use the allen bolts tighten them and they will pull the wheel back

So, how is the chain tension adjusted???????

Yeah, the process of adjusting the chain tension was there in the video. But they failed to mention what exactly is done to adjust the chain tension. They spun some screws right and left a couple of time, and tightened everything back, and that was all about it. Only by reading the comments did I come to know that the allen keys did the job of pulling the rack back.

Why these all simple solutions you can post in youtube your struggling for new model but what about previous model classic 350

Please add kicker option. In cases of self motor complaints, Clutch plack complaints unable to use self start. kindly add kicker option also.

It's really bad, you can check without loosing anything. The one for the meteor does include the adjustment, but because they do the testing like here becomes confusing, they say first loose the adjuster then adjust then tighten them. Makes no sense at all.

At what point in this video did you describe how to adjust the chain?

I'd rather know the correct torque setting for the rear axle.

I did the same process now my engine check light is on and The speedometer is not working .It is a 2 weeks old motorcycle - Hunter 350

you've not shown how to adjust only loose and tight

Nazir, I completely agree with you. He mentioned loosening the chain tensioners with the allen key after loosening the axel lock nut. I would have thought he would tighten (not loosen} the chain tensioners by quarter turn increments until the desired tension is achieved.

Loosen the screw an than??? How i adjust the wheel?

Royal Enfield should stop taking new booking for Meteor..they should deliver the previous booked Meteor then take new booking. RE behave like greedy. Without no reason increase bike price but can't deliver in promised time to the customer.

@@karan.k Royal Enfield is adored in western countries because of it's retro specs. That includes the kick starter. In addition to that, the self-starter of RE is unreliable. Kick starter saved my ass many times. Those so called next generation needs to get practical, especially in India.

After 1st service, the bike turned rough. It is not as smooth as it was before. Just ridden 600 kilometres & i am facing issues, like power loss in 2nd gear, false nuetral, engine stress etc

@@frankiepitt9135 the ride is different after the first service. Before first service the engine is very smooth and the ride feel as well. Gear box becomes hard after first service, so false nuetral happens. Before first service we can ride bike at 80kmph easily but after we can't ride smoothly at 80kmph.

I also faced the same issue after first service. In my case its service fault. They adjusted too much freeplay in cluch. Then i adjusted myself after watching RE tutorial on youtube. Its smooth again. Now i feel i can do better than the service center people. (except some)

This video is the INCORRECT way to adjust your chain. Please remove bike from center stand and let the rear wheel rest on the ground, thereby resting the suspension off the swing arm and not letting the wheel weight pull the suspension down giving the incorrect setting and reading

We have purchased Royalenfield Bullet 350 11 months before, Bike is delivered with manufacturing defects we facing very difficult while raiding bike we are asking to make it clear from last 11 months till now it has not done by service provider , we have field complaint in consumer court , after court instructions also no one responsible, very bad service and worest experience I have faced from Royal Enfield.
