I literally opened this video from the QR code on the product and none of the pieces in this video look like the ones I have - and the picture (no written) instructions that came with it are unhelpful.

Are you sure you ordered the right product, or received the right product? I literally just got mine in today and mine is identical to what's shown in the video. Or maybe you got it in a different color? Mines grey but the pieces still look the same. Mine also came with an entire instruction booklet (like 50 pages), so are you sure you checked the entire box and didn't leave some of the pieces inside the box it came in?

Mine did not come with any instructions either. I also scanned QR. My pieces seem correct tho

The instructions also mention that somehow the gate can also be 33” tall or 41”. How does that happen???? 41” is too high. Is a drywall stud ok???

Opened box and it was missing the bottom mount. There are two spacers yet no bottom mount

How is this gate supposed to be 33” tall vs 41”. The paper drawing shows a 33” placement or a 41”. WTF. Big disappointment

How do I fix the retraction if it’s broken??

Are you sure it's broken and not locked? The retraction does not move if the gate is locked, but will move freely once unlocked.
