All those guys under a suspended load - feels like better prep work is called for. To be frank, if you're going to pre-cast, why not just precast each flight of stairs into one block? One lift, and you have the shaft walls and the stairs, then tie it into the floor deck - you can cast rebar sockets into the monolithic block, then attach the rebar to the floor deck for one unified structure. If you're going to do stairs this way, it would make far more sense to cast in a wedment on the stair unit and the wall and then tack on some angle iron to set the stair piece directly down on. Then do the final weld on it to tie it into the structure.

A lens cleaner is available which prevents fogging in cold weather or humid weather I use on my motorcycle helmet, face-shield it's awesome and better than losing an eyeball.

Of course! Immigrants do most of the work because they work for nothing and are disposable when they get worn out ....no benefits no pension ....ship their crippled butts where they came from and pocket the profit gained from not being ethical....Trump SAYS he wants to stop it. ....but WHO did all the unskilled labor on his projects? Yes he hired legal US sub contractors ....but eventually illegals were hired and used. I worked for two large areospace companies that supposedly only used legal workers mostly union....except it did not really happen ....subs hire subs and non english speaking workers came in and out of the gates every day ...EVEN in the highly secured areas in the middle of the night to clean...You know they had to be illegals because they were scared to death of being fired ... someone in managment could simply tell the "sub contractor liason" ...."Hey fred see those two right there? I dont want to see them back okay? I just dont like the look of em"....GONE with zero avenue of appeal ....they would have crews working with asbestos wearing the disposable cheapo nuisance dust masks ....the ones with the little piece of aluminum glued in over the nose bridge to "custom fit"....if any of said anything man did we get slapped down! "those are contractors we have no authority over ....their employers are responsible STAY OUT OF IT"...and if those workers start having breathing troubles from asbestosis or mesothelioma? I remember being a laborer for a brick layer crew, that cold weather is a bitch to work in. Especially on the top floor. God bless these men.
